Founded in 1948 by Rocco Zarpellon after his experience as copper-chiseler in Milan, the firm “Fabbrica di Ceramiche Artistiche” (Factory of Artistic Ceramics) became in 1977 “Ceramiche F.lli Zarpellon”, when his sons Adriano and Sergio joined the society.
The firm is situated in the district of ceramic and pottery of Nove, near to Vicenza.
At the present time the company makes artistic ceramics inhandwork way and in limitate number of products destinedmainly to the foreign market.

This is a family firm with some workers, wich support Sergio and Alessandro ( son of Adriano) in their job.

The Zarpellon's  family is made of artists, three generations devoted to the creation of artistic objects in pottery. Vases, lamps, animals of any kind, floreal motifs, little and big pieces, every sort of request is ideated and created with peculiar care and originality. Alessandro is the new generation, the third, to going on with thefamily's art. He has started 7 years ago to work in the firm and helearned this art working day by day: since he was a child, heusually played in the factory, talked with the workers and helpedhis father and his uncle.

Son of Adriano, one of the founder members and modeller,Alessandro has a lot of new ideas for the future of the factory: a gaze “contaminated” by crative personalities like designers and architects, with which collaborates and discusses, visualising new
ways to combine a history of handmade know-how and the languages of contemporary.
